• Lobulated tongue: Types I, II, III, IV, VI, VIII, IX, XIV, DDX59
• Bifid tongue: Type XII
• Bifid uvula: Type III
• Tooth hypoplasia: Type III

• Synophrys (monobrow): Type IX
